Villa Anar is a brand new 5-bedroom beach-front luxury villa situated on Koh Samui’s north-west coastline. And its modern elegance is matched with unparalleled attention to detail and highly functional luxury beach-side living.

The villa is located on a quiet stretch of beach but it’s also just a short walk to the long stretch of the main section of Bang Por beach which is home to more than 20 beach-front restaurants serving local seafood, Thai regional specialities and international cuisine and the 5 star Four Seasons Hotel is a couple of minutes away and can also be reached by boat.

The town of Nathon is just a 5 minute drive away and it also has plenty of seafront restaurants, coffee-houses, a supermarket, all manner of shops and a nightly food market on the seafront that is well worth a visit.

As you approach the villa your eyes are drawn straight away to the ocean that laps gently onto the beach just a few steps from the villa.

On your right are 2 of the ensuite bedrooms, the Thai kitchen and the main living, dining and guest kitchen.

To the left are a further 2 ensuite bedrooms plus the Master bedroom which overlooks the ocean. In-between the bedrooms is a lawn, cascading water features and a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi and shallower depths that are ideal for younger children.

There is also a large lawn between the pool and the beach (7 meters from the pool to the beach-front wall), an outdoor decking area, massage sala and footbath so you can clean your feet as you step off the beach and plenty of space for everyone to relax on the sun-loungers.

But let’s step into the main indoor living and dining area. It’s glass-fronted from floor to ceiling on 2 sides allowing lots of natural daylight and fantastic views of the beach and the sea.

And of course it is fully air-conditioned as are all the bedrooms. Inside there are very comfortable sofas and a huge wall-mounted flat screen TV should you wish to catch up on the international news or watch sports or the latest movies.

Along with a breakfast bar and stools, the open-plan guest kitchen also has a fridge/freezer, a temperature controlled wine-cooler, a table top hob, an oven, an integrated coffee machine, a dishwasher plus all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you could ever need.
