The three-storey 3-bedroom house will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests in flexible sleeping arrangements. Designed and built by local architect and builder Makoto Begley, Birch Grove is spacious and comfortable.
The split-level design of the house features bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower two levels, and open-plan living and dining on the upper level.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area has an expansive dining table which will seat eight people which is great for those nights when you feel like staying at home and playing Masterchef.
It comes with microwave, oven, griller, toaster and rice cooker.
Upstairs also has a separate den area with a TV and DVD player and super comfy easy chairs so you can stick the kids in there and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet to yourself.
There is a cable TV and DVD player as well as wireless internet. The property also has laundry including washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
