宽阔的家庭室位于别墅入口的左侧，比邻设备齐全的西式厨房和设有落地玻璃的用餐区。

位于地下的所有房间均设有一道滑动门通往别墅的25米无边游泳池。

此外，别墅设有一个精致的花园，设有容立12人就餐的桌子和烧烤设备。

别墅前方广阔的草坪和海滩是午后品尝鸡尾酒和放松身心的好地方。
