Completed in 2015, Chalet Griffin is located just a short stroll from the main lift station in the exclusive and peaceful Nasserein enclave of St. Anton in the Austrian Alps.

Close to both the ski rental and ski school, and only a or ten-minute walk to the bustling heart of the village, the elevated situation of the property affords it uninterrupted views of the valley and surrounding peaks which can be enjoyed from its balconies or extensive terrace.

This villa accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, all of which have ensuite bathrooms.

The 2 master suites include king beds, walk-in closets and private balconies.

All of the bedrooms have been furnished and styled to the highest specification, with wonderfully rich fabrics and colors.

When Your private chef will work with you to create the perfect evening menu for your group. Special nutritional needs, children’s meals and other specific wishes will be discussed before your arrival.

Also during your stay your chef is ready to adapt the menu to your wishes. Your private chef will also offer you a selection of cooked dishes with pancakes or eggs for your daily breakfast.

Private, insured, direct airport transfers to and from the villa can be arranged. A villa manager will meet and greet you at the airport ensuring your transfer to the villa is smooth and effortless.
Private tours and boat hire can also be arranged in advance. We will handle the arrangements to collect and return you to your villa after the event. Why not enjoy a fabulous day out and explore the surrounding islands and national marine park on a luxury speed boat?
Book a car with us and have it waiting at your villa when you arrive, we have a wide range of vehicles from a 2 seat Suzuki Jeep to a 7 seat Toyota Fortuner. Price includes comprehensive insurance, unlimited miles, collection and delivery, and optional baby and booster seats.
Prior to your arrival we will send you a food and wine shopping list allowing us to stock the villa with your favorite foods and beverages.
Once on site, your resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy. Your villa manager is available to cater to guests’ specific needs and can help organize island activities, massage and spa treatments, as well as helping communicate requests to the Thai chef and dealing with any matter arising at the villa. Bed linen is changed every third day and towels are changed as necessary. Pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary.
