The main villa comprises seven spacious ocean-view bedrooms, arranged in flexible configurations to suit families, couples and independent groups.

Uniquely, this property also boasts a self-contained two-bedroom Ocean Villa with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, and a wide balcony perched just above the sea.

While Baan Paa Talee Estate provides the perfect setting for a wedding for up to 80 guests, the Ocean Villa makes a dream honeymoon hideaway.

A 20-seater dining room, indoor and outdoor lounges, media room, alfresco bar, barbecue and games area make up some of Baan Paa Talee Estate’s many relaxation areas, and there’s a well equipped gym and beach house with watersports equipment for the energetic.

A large team of dedicated staff, including a guest relations manager, housekeepers, service staff and a villa manager are on hand to ensure that guests want for nothing and a gourmet chef prepares superb Thai meals on a par with the best restaurants in Phuket, but within the comfort and convenience of your own villa.

Centrally situated on Phuket’s west coast, Baan Paa Talee Estate is just a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Kamala and Patong; 20 minutes from Surin and less than an hour from the international airport.

Private, insured, direct airport transfers to and from the villa can be arranged. A villa manager will meet and greet you at the airport ensuring your transfer to the villa is smooth and effortless.
Private tours and boat hire can also be arranged in advance. We will handle the arrangements to collect and return you to your villa after the event. Why not enjoy a fabulous day out and explore the surrounding islands and national marine park on a luxury speed boat?
Book a car with us and have it waiting at your villa when you arrive, we have a wide range of vehicles from a 2 seat Suzuki Jeep to a 7 seat Toyota Fortuner. Price includes comprehensive insurance, unlimited miles, collection and delivery, and optional baby and booster seats.
Prior to your arrival we will send you a food and wine shopping list allowing us to stock the villa with your favorite foods and beverages.
Once on site, your resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy. Your villa manager is available to cater to guests’ specific needs and can help organize island activities, massage and spa treatments, as well as helping communicate requests to the Thai chef and dealing with any matter arising at the villa. Bed linen is changed every third day and towels are changed as necessary. Pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary.
