The Sekka Ni condominium offers one-bed studio apartments Sekka Ni 1 and Sekka Ni 2, and Sekka Ni 3 has two generous bedrooms with comfortable split king-size beds that will treat you to a wonderful night’s sleep, helped along by Niseko’s famed mountain air.

The two wood-panelled ensuite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a bathtub and provide a perfect place to relax those tired muscles.

Its spacious living areas have high wood-beam ceilings and full-height windows which bring in plenty of daylight. Equipped with two stylish leather sofas, the sleek lounge area is a delightful spot for spending the evening bonding with loved ones or watching a film on the flat-screen TV.

Sekka Ni 2 spans 2 levels and bathes in natural light and exudes a bright and airy feel throughout.

The large corner sofa offers an ideal spot for stretching those tired legs, or for catching up on an eventful day filled with skiing, hiking or golf adventures.

Apartment Sekka Ni 2 is equipped with a modern kitchen and a cosy wood-panelled bathroom fitted with a shower and bathtub – great for finishing the day with a romantic candle-lit foam bath.

Although technically a studio apartment, its queen-size bed is situated near the hallway which gives it additional privacy. Apartment Sekka Ni 1’s living and sleeping area is bright and airy.

It includes a comfortable queen-size bed which, combined with the fresh mountain air this area is so well-known for, will provide you with an awesome night’s sleep.

Apartments Sekka Ni are located in Hirafu’s middle village, next door from some of its best eateries including Rin Japanese Restaurant and Niseko’s Yummy Pizza – both excellent choices when all that outdoor activity has you craving for some necessary carbs.
Don’t let heavy snowfall deter you from having a good time. Many of Hirafu’s pavements are heated which means you’ll be able to reach your destination ‘slip and slide’-free.
There’s an excellent range of evening entertainment venues in the village, from the quirky Bar Gyu with its exceptional range of rare Japanese whiskies, to live music and late-night DJ sets at Wild Bill’s.
After a long day in the great outdoors, there’s no better way to relax than by visiting one of the many thermal spas or ‘onsen’. Sekka Ni is close to Hotel Hirafutei Onsen and Hotel Alpen Onsen – both renowned for their beautiful facilities and excellent rejuvenation treatments.
Sekka Ni is also a ten-minute walk or a short drive from the Grand Hirafu ski gondola which gives you access to some of the area’s steepest slopes and also caters well to beginners. Simply call one of our on-call drivers to drive you there in the morning and pick you up again in the afternoon.
Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan

A world-class ski destination, Niseko receives 14m of snow per season on average. Offering 38 lifts, 4 developed, inter-linked resorts, 47km of groomed slopes, 1000m of vertical, and the longest run stretching 5600m, Niseko is the largest of Hokkaido’s ski areas, and overall the most well-rounded winter resort on the island.
There is a good mix of groomed runs for all levels, from first-timers through expert powder hounds. There is also a terrain park with half-pipes, table tops, round quarters and rails etc… a variety of terrain to suit boarders of different abilities.
That being said, novices going down the slope for the first time may want to avoid the crowds in peak powder season and consider some of the quieter times (spring).

It is not possible to drive in Japan with just your driving licence issued in your home country. Japan only recognises International Driving Permits based on the 1949 Geneva Convention. Before arriving in Japan you must obtain your International Driving Permit from the national Automobile Association in the country which issued your licence. Airport transfer
The drive is between 2–3 hours from New Chitose Airport to Niseko.
Your driver will meet you at the airport arrival gate and then drive you the 2.5 – 3 hours to Hirafu and drop you at the door of your accommodation. You will be greeted and checked in by a dedicated staff, who be on stand by to provide handy tourist information about the Hirafu ski resort and your chalet. Rates vary depending on group number and vehicle used. Get in touch for details.
– Limousine service
If you are looking for a luxury way of traveling, you can also choose a limousine service. The 6-7 seater vehicle can be likened to a private jet, with luxurious white leather reclining armchairs, full cabin attendance and complimentary refreshments. The passenger area is fully equipped with a toilet, refrigerator, television, CD and DVD.

Ski Lessons
We highly recommend booking your lessons before the trip – Lessons book out months in advance for peak season, and even during the quieter periods you should pre-book so that the lesson can fit in smoothly to your holiday schedule.
