Seconds from the luscious L-shaped pool adjoining the house you walk out through swaying coconut trees and onto the spectacular, super soft sand of Habaraduwa beach.

The clever and generous design of the house boasts an extensive and very accommodating range of living space.

Courtesy of the open plan sitting room, poolside games room, various adjoining balconies and terraces, everyone has the option to retreat to their own peaceful corner or share the ample communal areas together.

A team of 6 staff will cater to your every need, as well as challenge guests to a game of beach cricket!

The Master Suite features lovely antique furniture and a Narnia inspired wardrobe. The spacious ensuite bathroom has twin sinks, a Victorian bath, that when lying down you can see out to sea, and a separate shower.

The other bedroom on this level is another magnificent room with garden, pool and ocean views. It comes with a king-size sleigh bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Below these 2 suites are the large living/dining space, with French doors opening out to the garden, indoor courtyard, and infinity pool. The long wooden table seating up to 14 is at one end whilst at the other are 2 sofas and a blue daybed.

Accessed via the inner courtyard, opposite the Pond room, is the Garden suite, with a king-sized bed and ensuite, with shower and French glass windows that lead out to the garden.

A unique Jungle Gym is discreetly situated to the side of the house, guided by 2 turquoise antique shutters that stylishly accent the crisp white wall.

The immaculate lawn, laid across the back of the house shares the spectacular sea view.

Hosted by palm trees, a volleyball net awaits, perhaps followed by an afternoon snooze in the hammock and an evening stroll along the beach.

Planning your Sri Lanka Experience
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Depending on the number of guests arriving at once, a variety of vehicle options are available including saloon cars, 4 wheel drives, and people carriers, as well as fixed wing sea planes and helicopters.
GUIDED CYCLING
Sometimes the simpler things in life provide the greatest pleasure. Guided bike tours through the lush green paddy fields give a glimpse of an often unseen part of Sri Lanka. Marvel at kingfishers and bee-eaters, glimpse the daily rituals of village life or just enjoy the cool breeze of free-wheeling through a magnificent landscape. This has been a longtime top excursion.
WELCOME BASKETS
There’s nothing better after a long journey than delicious smells coming from the kitchen and a few bottles chilling in the fridge. We will send you the villa menus and work with the best suppliers to produce a fantastic collection of wines and champagnes to complement any palette. Wines need to be paid for in advance of arrival.
KANDYAN DANCERS / BUDDHIST BLESSINGS
An intimate front row seat of the unique Kandyan Dancers – expect back-flips, drums, masks and fire display – all from the comfort of the villa. Most villas have a shrine and guests can benefit from a visit by Monks from a nearby Temple to conduct a blessing for a gentle and moving experience.
WHALE WATCHING
From December to April Whales and dolphins, including the mighty Blue Whale, can be seen off the southern coast. Seeing one of the largest animals on earth in one of the most agreeable temperatures is a truly amazing experience. We always recommend a private boat so that guests can swim or snorkel before coming ashore.
SAFARI
Udewalawa and Yala are the big two and offer fantastic game viewing of Leopards, Elephants, Buffalo & Sloth Bears. For birders, SL is a dream destination. Kalametiya and Bandula National Park are a must and some 197 different species of bird will stop here throughout the year.
SUNSET SAILING
Setting out from Mirissa harbor to enjoy the sunset from the comfort of a luxury catamaran has been one of our top-rated experiences. For 3 hours embrace the joys of the ocean, sipping a sundowner or snorkeling. This is an unforgettable experience and one your clients will treasure forever.
