Villa Arawan is a 5 bedroom Northern Thai style villa, located within the private Ayara Surin estate with its own entrance at the end of a no-through road.

The Villa offers outstanding views over Surin and Bang Tao beaches on the west coast of Phuket; it also overlooks the small peninsula between the two beaches where several exclusive hotels are nestled.

There is an air conditioned living area of 5,500 square feet and the house is some 200 feet above sea level with outstanding views over Surin and Bang Tao Beaches to the Andaman Sea.

The interior of the villa contains every modern convenience you’ll need for a pleasant stay, including free Wi-Fi, computer, large screen TV and much more.

The outside has been designed to allow you and your guests to have fun in the sun all day long.

There’s a 33 foot long infinity pool to chill out in for hours on end, jetted tub, propane barbecue grill for cooking tasty local seafood and meats, and plenty of seating for when you want to sit in the shade with a good book.

All 5 principal bedrooms have blissful sea views. On the upper level are two large matching master suites with king size beds, unparalleled views, a private terrace and luxury en-suite bathrooms.

There is a secondary bedroom located on the main level with its own bathroom and kitchen area. On the lower level, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and their own private balconies.

Book a car with us and have it waiting at your villa when you arrive, we have a wide range of vehicles from a 2 seat Suzuki Jeep to a 7 seat Toyota Fortuner. Price includes comprehensive insurance, unlimited miles, collection and delivery, and optional baby and booster seats.
Prior to your arrival we will send you a food and wine shopping list allowing us to stock the villa with your favorite foods and beverages.
Once on site, your resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy. Your villa manager is available to cater to guests’ specific needs and can help organize island activities, massage and spa treatments, as well as helping communicate requests to the Thai chef and dealing with any matter arising at the villa. Bed linen is changed every third day and towels are changed as necessary. Pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary.
