The family-friendly chalet sleeps up to 18 comfortably, ideal for big families and groups of friends.

The former pension has been converted into a 7 bedroom private residence, boasting 7 bathrooms, of which 2 are large hinoki wood private baths, a media room and a large living & dining area.

There is a full kitchen for those who want to prepare meals in-house, large lounge room and media room.

The wood and stone design is a fusion of modern alpine style with Japanese touches.

Dark timber wood posts and beams feature throughout, offset by the pale Hinoki wood in the bathrooms.

BEDROOM 1- King only, ensuite
The master bedroom features a seating area and sofa lounge, where the television unit can be turned to face either the seating area or bed space. Ensuite bathroom features 2 sinks and shower, and a walk-in wardrobe with full-height mirrors. Windows look out over Lower Hirafu Villag. Sleeps 2 guests in 1 King Double bed.
BEDROOM 2 – King only, ensuite
With a sofa and television and ensuite bathroom with rain shower, this room also features vaulted ceilings to bring in daylight with skylights throughout the feature bathroom. Sleeps 2 guests on 1 King Double.
BEDROOM 3 – Double or 2 Single Beds
Sharing bathroom space with room 4, 2 guests can sleep either on 1 King Double or 2 Singles in this room. A small desk and chair creates a workspace, and windows with wooden blinds look out onto the street and Lower Village.
BEDROOM 4 – Double or 2 Single Beds
This bedroom features storage space and sleeps 2 guests in either 1 double or 2 single beds.
BEDROOM 5 – 3 Bunkbeds
This bunk bedroom features 3 bunk beds with room for 6 guests. A separate media room with flat-screen TV, DVD player and a selection of children’s DVDs.
BEDROOM 6 – Double or 2 Single Beds, ensuite
A secluded bedroom accessed from a staircase in the kitchen on the basement, this bedroom sleeps 2 and offers the option of 1 Double bed or 2 Singles according to needs. An ensuite toilet and shower unit allow for secluded living
BEDROOM 7 – Double or 2 Single Beds
Great for those wanting a little extra privacy and a separate space to relax away from the other guests. Located opposite an isolated bath and shower, with feature hinoki wood walls and Greystone’s signature stone finishes. At the entry is a separate nook living space with sofa, bookshelves and its own flat-screen TV.
Greystone is in a quite location in the lower Hirafu village, about a 10-15 minute walk up to the lifts from here, or maybe a little longer in ski boots or with kids. The management offers a dedicated car and driver service every morning, and the free shuttle bus stops right across the road.

Check In Day with Extra Towels
For stays of 4 nights or more, guests will be provided with an extra towel set at the beginning of their stay in order to cover towel usage for a longer stay period.
Garbage Collection
For customers with a 5 night stay, in lieu of a major clean staff will enter the property and if the main garbage bins are filling up, remove garbage on behalf of the guest.

In addition to a Major Clean, an extra set of towels for all guests and of all sizes will be provided.
Cleaning Conditions
• Cleaning staff will enter rooms sequentially from 10 AM, and cannot take requests for cleaning times.
• Housekeeping may need to move luggage/personal belongings when cleaning the unit. Guests should not leave any belongings on/in beds prior to cleaning.
• Extra Cleaning outside of what is detailed above may be organised at an additional charge; cleaning should be booked at the latest by 3 PM on the day prior to arrival.
• Guests should inquire at reception regarding additional linen; extra charges may apply.

A world-class ski destination, Niseko receives 14m of snow per season on average. Offering 38 lifts, 4 developed, inter-linked resorts, 47km of groomed slopes, 1000m of vertical, and the longest run stretching 5600m, Niseko is the largest of Hokkaido’s ski areas, and overall the most well-rounded winter resort on the island.
There is a good mix of groomed runs for all levels, from first-timers through expert powder hounds. There is also a terrain park with half-pipes, table tops, round quarters and rails etc… a variety of terrain to suit boarders of different abilities.
That being said, novices going down the slope for the first time may want to avoid the crowds in peak powder season and consider some of the quieter times (spring).

DRIVING IN JAPAN
It is not possible to drive in Japan with just your driving licence issued in your home country. Japan only recognises International Driving Permits based on the 1949 Geneva Convention. Before arriving in Japan you must obtain your International Driving Permit from the national Automobile Association in the country which issued your licence. Airport transfer
The drive is between 2–3 hours from New Chitose Airport to Niseko.
Your driver will meet you at the airport arrival gate and then drive you the 2.5 – 3 hours to Hirafu and drop you at the door of your accommodation. You will be greeted and checked in by a dedicated staff, who be on stand by to provide handy tourist information about the Hirafu ski resort and your chalet. Rates vary depending on group number and vehicle used. Get in touch for details.
– Limousine service
If you are looking for a luxury way of traveling, you can also choose a limousine service. The 6-7 seater vehicle can be likened to a private jet, with luxurious white leather reclining armchairs, full cabin attendance and complimentary refreshments. The passenger area is fully equipped with a toilet, refrigerator, television, CD and DVD.
