Designed by Riccardo Tossani Architecture, Haven Niseko sits on a forested cliff in Lower Hirafu. Just a short walk from the best après-ski spots in Hirafu Village, it puts you 500m from Grand Hirafu’s ski lifts.

Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the ski runs — useful for pre-slope reconnaissance when the weather reports and the actual snow conditions don’t agree. Some apartments face Mount Yotei, which tends to demand a moment before you head out. Underfloor heating and climate controls keep things comfortable, regardless of how cold it gets outside.

Ski hard, dine well, sleep within walking distance of both the slopes and top restaurants. Choose from studio apartments through to four-bedroom residences, with dual-key options for families and groups.
