The Phoenix Chalets offer a selection of 2- and 3-bedroom accommodation in a serene setting.

All of the 8 units have a galley style kitchen with all the necessities, complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave and full size refrigerator ensures you can cook as much or as little as you wish.

Each Chalet has a full complement of crockery, cutlery and glassware and comes provided with cleaning products, and starter kits of tea, coffee and basic cooking essentials.

The lounge area is spacious and well-appointed with a very comfortable chaise longue, cushions, rugs, coffee table and large flat screen LCD television, Netflix, plus Bose sound dock. The ground floor also has a luxurious bathing area, with toilet, shower and deep granite bath with private floor to ceiling windows looking out to the snow.

Up to eight guests can be comfortably accommodated in these 3 Bedroom Chalets.
The master bedroom has a large walk in ensuite and a queen size pillow top bed plus built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two sets of single bunks and a built-in wardrobe and the third bedroom comprises a pillow top queen size bed and built in wardrobe.
A second bathroom with toilet, vanity and large rain head shower on this level, plus another large bathroom downstairs makes it easy for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms to share.

There is also a second bathroom with toilet, vanity and large rain head shower on this level for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms to share.

The master bedroom comprises a king size pillow top bed, plus a built-in wardrobe and large walk in ensuite.
The second bedroom has two king pillow top singles and built-in wardrobe with access to the second bathroom. Both bedrooms are carpeted and use the finest linen and duvets.
The ensuite and main bathroom have separate toilet and vanity areas and rain head showers.

The Phoenix Chalets located in Wadano area are only a short walk to the Happo village and approximately 7 minutes to the nearest lift access on Happo One or take one of the Phoenix Hotels complimentary vans to any one of Hakuba ski resorts.

You should definitely book your rentals in advance to ensure your ideal rental equipment is available. Peak season is extremely busy and rentals can sell out quickly.
We recommend ski and snowboard packages from GoSnow, Rhythme Snow Sports and Niseko Base Snowsports, both with rental outlet located conveniently approximate to lifts.
SKI LESSONS
We highly recommend booking your lessons before the trip – Lessons book out months in advance for peak season, and even during the quieter periods you should pre-book so that the lesson can fit in smoothly to your holiday schedule.
