This newcomer to Kutchan’s dining scene combines the Sekka brand’s signature sophisticated aesthetic with a fusion of Italian and Japanese cuisines. The dining room is a cozy (yet sexy) setting to enjoy a meal made from fresh local produce and seafood delivered daily, which inspired the seasonal menu that features their popular charcuterie board. In addition to a la carte, there is also a Omakase set that comprises of their signature dishes. The location is excellent, just along the main road in front of Kutchan Town train station.

Enya translates to fire house. The owner of this Charcoal Yakitori, Takeshi Yamamoto loves experimenting with charcoal fire to make the best smoke.

The hearty selection of grilled food in their family menu is perfect for sharing, and they have a private room catering for small parties of up to 10. Comfort food treats like cheese bites (camembert), and chicken skewers are kids’ favorites.

Nihonbashi

The biggest sushi restaurant in Kutchan town, Nihonbashi has 20-seater private rooms designed for big parties. The staff is charming and portions generously sensible. Favorites include their original sushi rolls, uni sashimi, and king crab hot pot.
