Just a short walk from its sister Black Crane Chalet and Grey Wolf Chalet, White Fox Chalets are well located on a quiet street, just off Echoland’s main strip where you’ll find a myriad of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops just a brisk walk away.
Ski shuttle buses leave from the main street in Echoland which is a 10-second walk from the chalet.
Echoland offers a fantastic base from which to explore the Hakuba Valley. Nestled in between Hakuba 47 and Happo One ski areas, the ski lifts can be accessed easily by free shuttle bus or rental vehicle. The brand-new transport hub ‘Hakuba Basecamp’ is also located in Echoland.
NAGANO, JAPAN

The Hakuba Ski Jumping Stadium, built for the 1998 games, is at the base of the Happo-one resort. Hakuba village offers a lively après-ski scene and hot springs.

We recommend ski and snowboard packages from GoSnow, Rhythme Snow Sports and Niseko Base Snowsports, both with rental outlet located conveniently approximate to lifts.
SKI LESSONS
We highly recommend booking your lessons before the trip – Lessons book out months in advance for peak season, and even during the quieter periods you should pre-book so that the lesson can fit in smoothly to your holiday schedule.
